Whats with all of the anger?

Well Jeff,
When I take a look at the world around me I ask myself: "Dr. Mobey, what is this world coming to?" Many people begin to stare, looking for a doctor that I may be talking to. Many doctors are dressed in normal clothing and look just like anyone else so the people staring at me try to see if there is anyone standing next to me who looks like they may be smart enough to be a doctor. Perhaps they are wearing a courduroy jacket with elbow patches, or maybe they are smoking a pipe, only smart people or pirates smoke pipes. When they realize that I am the Doctor and that I'm talking to myself they usually turn away and ignore me... What was the question?
