Tiny World Series

Thursday, October 26, 2006 by Brett Mobey

Game 4 of the World Series was rained out in St. Louis last night, but game 4 of the Tiny World Series went off without a hitch! The Tiny World Series was held in my kitchen last night and let me tell you it was amazing. The performance of the Tiny Tigers was breathtaking.
The game started a bit late as the dog was still eating his dinner, once he finished Tiny Pete Seeger sang the National Anthem. Tiny Jeremy Bonderman opened the first inning with a no hitter, striking out Miniscule Albert Pujols after a 3-2 count. Tiny Pudge Rodriguez, who can only be seen with the aid of powerful microscopes was again hit in the crotch by a wild pitch. It was very hard to see but I think that he cried.
All in all the game went great for the Tiny Tigers except when Tiny Brandon Inge dropped the ball twice and threw it to the Cardinals first base coach, letting two runners in for a final score of 7-2, Tiny Tigers win!

Pine Tar

Monday, October 23, 2006 by Brett Mobey

Last night the Detroit Tigers beat the St. Louis Cardinals in Game 2 of the World Series. A small controversy occurred in the first inning when it appeared that star Tiger pitcher 41 year old Kenny Rogers may have had a substance on his pitching hand. Pine Tar has been used by some pitchers in the past and is illegal to use. Rogers brushed off the controversy saying the smudge on his hand was just that, a smudge of dirt. I don't know about that but I'll let you, the reader judge for yourself from this picture during the first inning. Note the substance on Rogers pitching hand.

Ordain This!

Friday, October 20, 2006 by Brett Mobey

As many of you know, I am an ordained minister. (Universal Life Church) I am now officially announcing that I will perform Weddings (dogs, cats, humans and shrubs) Funerals (Cats only) DJ Partys and Business Conventions and meetings. I will also bless just about anything for a fee. I am toying with the idea of forming my own Church. We'll see, I may be smote for that one. Just E-mail me at reverend@drmobey.com and we'll get you started on the path to a more blessed life. I charge by the verse.

Trans Fat

Donuts are Trans Fat. Just a big hunk of trans-fat waiting to stop your heart. I just ate two.

It's only taken 6000 years....

Michigan has decided that Evolution should be taught in all science classes, and that "Intelligent Design" is just Creationism passed off as science. This is great news. I thought that the Scopes Monkey Trial cleared all of this up pretty well. It really freaks me out that some States are actually debating this still. Kids in Japan are learning rocket science by first grade and our High School seniors aren't able to find their own state on a LABLED MAP.

Please Check Facts on Political Ads

Tuesday, October 03, 2006 by Brett Mobey

Don't listen to me or any other biased source or blog. If you see an attack ad, go here. FactCheck.org. It parses the content and gives you the facts. If a senator says his opponent voted against lowering taxes thirteen times, most likely he voted on one bill that had thirteen amendments, politicians be nd the rules of grammar, logic, space and time. They can be decietful and mislead the American people. And we are the American people. We need to be informed and vote with knowledge and a firm grasp of the facts. Don't let any politician, even one that you like, mislead you; that is un-american and un-patriotic...I looked it up.
